As I sit down to write this, I honestly can say it is hard to put down into words all that has happened this last year to our customers, employees, vendors, friends, family and communities near and far.

My head spins when I think back to a year ago and to where we are now. It has been an incredibly difficult year to say the least - financially, emotionally, and physically.  I continue to quote one of my customers again and again - "we have never worked so hard and made so little money". 

But, I also continue to be amazed at the resiliency, generosity, and creativity that we have seen across our community.  Sometimes it just boggles my mind to think of what we have done and how we have accomplished so much.

And, while I would like to say that things will be back to "normal" next year - we all know that we have been profoundly changed by this experience.  So I look forward to continuing with all the good we have learned in 2021.
