Our support department has been fielding questions about the new alcohol tax being implemented in the Municipality of Anchorage - so we decided to ask the experts! And, we had a very useful and informative follow-up meeting with representatives from the Treasury Division at the Municipality of Anchorage in December. We really appreciate the time they spent with us.
We discussed reporting and auditing requirements, as well as specific questions for issues regarding tax inclusive items, bundled items, reports to keep and for how long, etc.
