 Hello Alaskans! Another winter is coming, and we’ve had another year of pandemic under our belts.  For those in the retail and grocery realm, maybe you’ve had a chance to regroup and strategize about what you can do to do improve.  I suspect that the word “inventory” has come up a lot - if so you’re not alone.  Retailers across the board have had inventory issues since 2020, and while it’s gotten better in some ways, but it continues to be an issue.
