Skurla’s Point of Sale Solutions is changing over to a new Oracle MICROS Help Desk partner effective October 31st, 2018.
Some things to note on the change:
- This change is for Skurla’s customers who are using Oracle/MICROS only. All other systems, including MobileBytes are unaffected.
- The direct number for the Help Desk is 907-331-6627, 7 days a week, 5 a.m.-9 p.m. Alaska Standard Time (phone support only). The number for after-hours support is 907-331-6628. Our Onsite or in-shop hours are still our normal business hours which are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. -5 p.m.
- Email support: firstname.lastname@example.org, hours are our normal business hours. Please note that support via email is provided on a Next Business Day basis.
