Gallo: The family name is synonymous with successful Mexican restaurants in Alaska. But when Jesse Gallo and his uncle wanted to open their own place, the pair wanted to do something different. Enter Saint Coyote, which opened in May on West Dimond Boulevard. No tacos here! The mouth-watering menu is diverse, ranging from a polenta appetizer to stuffed bell peppers to Cornish game hens to burgers to Alaskan seafood.
